30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Viewsy, we stand behind the quality of our services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new clients on Starter and Growth plans. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You must have provided timely access to accounts and necessary information
  • You must have responded to our communications within agreed timeframes
  • The request applies only to first-time clients (new subscriptions)
  • You must provide a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction

The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:

  • Renewal periods after the initial 30 days
  • Enterprise custom plans (subject to individual contract terms)
  • Additional services purchased beyond the base plan
  • Third-party advertising spend (non-refundable)

Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, our services are non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Documented service failure on our part (failure to deliver agreed services)
  • Technical issues that prevented service delivery for extended periods
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

Pro-rated refunds may be issued for documented service failures. We do not offer refunds based on campaign performance outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Social media advertising spend paid to platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Third-party tools and subscriptions purchased for your account
  • Custom content creation fees (photography, videography, graphic design)
  • Influencer partnership fees
  • Services already rendered and delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@viewsy.agency with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your account information and invoice number
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (at our discretion)
  • Refunds for unused services when we fail to deliver agreed deliverables
  • Resolution of billing disputes

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Loss of access to all accounts and materials
  • Potential legal action to recover costs

We are committed to resolving any payment disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.
